Hello, I've recently started my new healthy eating plan. I don't know how good/bad it is. I think its ok? I just kind of guessed I would love people opinions (i'm vegetarian). I have run into problems already on day 1. I've been sticking to what i set out to eat today and its 11:00PM and i just feel so hungry, i have stomach pains. I have ate a banana due to it but i still feel hungry. What should I do? Should I eat? Isist bad if i don't eat? or bad if i do? Should I eat more fruit? Heres my current plan: Again i kinda made it up on the spot so if i'm doing it wrong feel free to tell me I always accept advise/Criticism. Thanks I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
